In de rol van Productie Manager neem jij het voortouw bij het efficiënt en menselijk aansturen van de productie- en logistieke afdelingen.

  • Jouw dag draait om het coördineren van de dagelijkse productieprocessen in het atelier, waardoor de kwaliteit en de levertijden van de installaties altijd gewaarborgd blijven.
  • Samen met de ploegchefs en de afdelingen aankoop en binnendienst puzzel je een strakke productieplanning in elkaar voor een vlekkeloze service richting de eindklant.
  • Het coachen, begeleiden en evalueren van de techniekers en ateliermedewerkers neem je voor jouw rekening, wat resulteert in een gemotiveerd en hecht team.
  • Strategisch meedenken doe je door actieve overlegmomenten met het management, waarbij je de langetermijndoelstellingen vertaalt naar behapbare resultaten op de werkvloer.
  • Tijd efficiënt verdelen over de locaties in Kuurne en Londerzeel behoort tot je routine, zodat je op beide plekken de nodige ondersteuning biedt en de neuzen in dezelfde richting houdt.

Profiel:

Om succesvol te zijn als Productie Manager zoeken we vooral iemand met een pragmatische instelling en sterk technisch inzicht.

  • Een stevige achtergrond in een leidinggevende functie binnen de industriële sector helpt je om direct impact te maken op de werkvloer.
  • Mechanisch inzicht en voeling met het produceren van specifieke klantoplossingen zorgen ervoor dat je technische uitdagingen snel doorgrondt.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een toegankelijke people manager die net zo gemakkelijk strategisch meedenkt als met de voeten in de klei staat.
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels stellen je in staat om zowel met de arbeiders als met internationale directie te schakelen.
  • Digitaal sta je sterk in je schoenen, waarbij systemen zoals MS 365 geen geheimen voor je hebben om rapportages vlot te stroomlijnen.
