Voor een internationaal actieve, technisch sterke organisatie gaan we op zoek naar een Production Manager. Binnen deze groeiende organisatie krijg je de kans om een belangrijke rol op te nemen in de verdere ontwikkeling van de productie. Een sleutelpositie voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, processen wil verbeteren en vooral ook mensen weet mee te krijgen.

Als Production Manager vorm je de schakel tussen het management en de productie. Samen met de Team Leads zorg je voor een efficiënte en kwalitatieve werking en bewaak je het overzicht over de volledige productieomgeving.

De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Dagelijkse productie opvolgen en bijsturen.
  • Planning, capaciteit, kwaliteit en deadlines bewaken.
  • Productieprocessen analyseren en optimaliseren.
  • KPI's en productieresultaten opvolgen.
  • Opportuniteiten rond automatisatie en digitalisering identificeren.
  • Technische problemen correct inschatten en de nodige acties bepalen
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen.

People management vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie. Het coachen van de Team Leads, ondersteunen van medewerkers en creëren van betrokkenheid staan hierbij centraal.

Een technisch sterke professional met een natuurlijke feeling voor mensen en organisatie.

  • Master industriële ingenieurswetenschappen: Elektromechanica, of een sterke technische bachelor.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen een productie- of maakomgeving.
  • Sterke technische bagage, bij voorkeur met een mechanische achtergrond.
  • Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie.
  • Sterke communicatieve en people management skills.
  • Hands-on, ondernemend en resultaatgericht.
  • Energie om zaken in beweging te brengen.

De ideale match combineert technische expertise met sterke people skills en voelt zich thuis in een praktische productieomgeving.
