Als productiemedewerker/magazijn medewerker ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het productieproces. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Jouw taken variëren van het bedienen van machines tot het controleren van de kwaliteit van de producten. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt. Bij dit bedrijf worden veel orders op maat geleverd naar de wens van de klant, dus zagen, ponsen en boren horen ook bij de functie.

Een gemiddelde werkdag begint met een teamoverleg waar de taken en doelen van de dag worden besproken. Daarna ga je aan de slag met het voorbereiden van de productie. Gedurende de dag houd je je bezig met het bedienen van machines, het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het bijhouden van de voorraad. Flexibiliteit en probleemoplossend vermogen zijn essentieel om snel te kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende taken en uitdagingen.

De werkaamheden zijn?

- Het bedienen van verschillende machines - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles - Het controleren en aanvullen van voorraden - Het op maat verwerken van producten, zoals zagen, ponsen, snijden en boren - Het ondersteunen van collega’s in zowel productie als magazijn

De functie is fulltime beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week.

Je werkt graag in een team samen en je kunt ook zelfstandig aan de slag, verder beschik je over:

- Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau - Heftruckcertificaat of bereid deze te halen - Technische vaardigheden en handigheid - Teamspeler met probleemoplossend vermogen - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
