Werkomschrijving: Tijdens een werkdag ben jij als productieleider een team aan het aansturen. Je bent continu bezig met het verbeteren van processen en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opleiden en begeleiden van medewerkers. Over het bedrijf: Je gaat aan het werk in de food-sector, als Muffin master bij Van Dijk Bakery. Bij Van Dijk Bakery wordt elke dag gezien als een nieuwe kans om overheerlijke verse en lang houdbare specialiteiten te maken. Die ontwikkelen ze klein, eigenhandig en vol liefde. Tot ze de fraaiste en lekkerste zijn. Pas dan rollen de muffins, mergpijpen en koeken uit op grote schaal. Zonder concessies te doen aan onze ambachtelijke kwaliteit. Dit wordt gedaan met de smaak van kennis, passie, durf en mogelijkheden.
