Als Productie Medewerker in Eindhoven werk je aan fijnmechanische onderdelen voor de hightechsector. Jouw oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid maken hierbij direct het verschil in de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Je ondersteunt het productie- en assemblageproces met zorgvuldig handwerk en werkt volgens duidelijke werkinstructies en procedures. Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, werkt secuur en neemt initiatief wanneer dat nodig is. Zo draag je dagelijks bij aan producten waarbij precisie en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan. - Verlijmen van onderdelen met een vaste hand en oog voor detail - Kitten, afdichten en zorgvuldig afwerken van producten - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens en na het productieproces - Werken volgens Nederlandstalige werkinstructies en procedures - Zorgvuldig uitvoeren van verschillende assemblage- en productiewerkzaamheden - Meewerken aan een efficiënt en soepel verloop van het productieproces Je werkt voornamelijk in dagdienst. Afhankelijk van de productieplanning kan het voorkomen dat je flexibel moet schakelen, bijvoorbeeld door eerder te starten, wat langer door te werken of op zaterdag te werken. Je voelt je prettig in een omgeving waarin kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheid belangrijk zijn. Je bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen, stelt vragen wanneer iets niet duidelijk is en weet wanneer je moet doorpakken.
