Dit productiebedrijf richt zich op de verwerking en productie van dranken voor de Nederlandse markt. De organisatie werkt in een moderne productieomgeving en voert dagelijkse werkzaamheden uit binnen een vijfploegendienst. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in Bodegraven en de productievestiging vraagt om medewerkers die flexibel inzetbaar zijn en die nauwkeurig kunnen werken. Medewerkers ondersteunen het productieproces, houden kwaliteitscontroles en dragen bij aan een ordelijke en veilige werkvloer. In deze productieomgeving ligt de focus op efficiëntie, voedselveiligheid en het naleven van productievoorschriften. De werkzaamheden zijn fysiek van aard en vragen om inzet en aandacht voor detail. De organisatie biedt tijdelijke kansen tot september voor mensen die ervaring hebben met productieprocessen of die bereid zijn om te leren. In Bodegraven werk je in teamverband en krijg je begeleiding tijdens de inwerkperiode zodat je snel vertrouwd raakt met de taken en procedures. Er zijn doorgroeimogelijkheden naar een operatorrol voor medewerkers die zich ontwikkelen en verantwoordelijkheid willen nemen.
