Het aanbod bestaat uit onderdelen en complete wisselsystemen voor hoofdspoor, stedelijk vervoer en industriespoor. Daarnaast levert onze opdrachtgever verschillende spoorcomponenten, zoals compensatielassen en bevestigingssystemen. Ook biedt onze opdrachtgever 24/7/365 onderhoud en service. Functieomschrijving Als assemblagemedewerker help je mee met het maken en in elkaar zetten van onderdelen voor wissels in het spoor. Je werkt hierbij aan de hand van een technische tekening. Je controleert of de afmetingen kloppen en of de kwaliteit goed is. Ook vul je de benodigde formulieren in. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Onderdelen afwerken, zoals slijpen, boren, zagen, stralen en op maat zagen volgens de technische tekening. - Onderdelen uitleggen, voorbereiden en in elkaar zetten, bijvoorbeeld voor wissels en spoorstukken. - Machines instellen. - Onderdelen monteren, zowel één voor één als in grotere aantallen. - Kleine storingen oplossen en onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines. Functie-eisen - Een vmbo-diploma. - Een opleiding in de richting van metaaltechniek of relevante werkervaring, zoals blijkt uit je cv. - Interesse in techniek en plezier in werken met je handen. - Goede samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie. - Een sterke focus op veilig werken. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
