Denk hierbij aan geïsoleerde kantplanken, brandschotjes, mastiekhoeken, mastiekschroten en na-isolatieproducten. Binnen het bedrijf heerst een informele werksfeer, waar samenwerken en kwaliteit centraal staan. Functieomschrijving Als productiemedewerker ben je werkzaam op de productieafdeling waar verschillende (maatwerk) producten worden gemaakt. Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het eindresultaat. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een soepel lopend productieproces en een veilige, nette werkomgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Zagen van isolatie- en productieonderdelen - Verlijmen van verschillende producten - Op RAL-kleur brengen van producten - Zorgdragen voor een schone, nette en veilige werkplek - Uitvoeren van (eenvoudig) onderhoud aan machines Functie-eisen Voor deze functie vragen wij: - Ervaring in een productieomgeving (bij voorkeur in de bouw of met isolatiematerialen) - Technisch inzicht en een nauwkeurige werkhouding - Een praktische instelling en teamgerichte houding - Geen moeite om af en toe het voortouw te nemen - Stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit in een dynamische omgeving - Een echte hands-on mentaliteit Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Een salaris vanaf €2.700,- tot €3.200,- bruto per maand; - 30 vakantiedagen van 8% vakantiegeld; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0.23 per kilometer; - Een prettige werksfeer binnen een professioneel en enthousiast team
