In ons familiale bedrijf te Lommel, draait alles om vakmanschap in metaal. Van plaatmateriaal tot perfect afgewerkte onderdelen voor sterke namen in de industrie- en de transportwereld. Maatwerk én seriewerk in een modern atelier waar precisie, kwaliteit en teamwork centraal staan. Geen bandwerk, wél afwisseling en uitdagingen. Bij ons maak jij het verschil! Om ons team uit te breiden, zoeken we op dit moment een Metaalbewerker. Wij bieden een mooie verloning en aangename werkgelegenheid.

Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en bouwt je takenpakket stap voor stap op. We starten eenvoudig en jij geeft mee aan hoe ver je wil doorgroeien.

  • Uitrapen van gesneden onderdelen uit de lasermachine
  • Sorteren van onderdelen volgens order, type en afmetingen
  • Tellen van stukken en controleren aan de hand van de werkbon
  • Visuele controle op snijkwaliteit, beschadigingen en volledigheid
  • Verpakken van onderdelen volgens de geldende richtlijnen
  • Correct stapelen en klaarzetten van onderdelen voor transport
  • Opstarten, instellen en bedienen van de lasermachine na interne opleiding
  • Controleren en bewaken van parameters zoals materiaal, dikte en snijkwaliteit
  • Opvolgen van het snijproces en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en reinigen van de lasermachine
  • Voorbereiden van gesneden stukken voor de CNC-plooibank
  • Bedienen van de CNC-plooibank voor eenvoudige plooibewerkingen
  • (volgens bestaande eenvoudige programma's en duidelijke instructies)
  • Nameten en visueel controleren van geplooide onderdelen
  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid aan de werkpost
  • Veilig en kwaliteitsbewust werken volgens de geldende procedures

Profiel – Wie zoeken we?

  • Motivatie en leergierigheid zijn belangrijker dan eender welk diploma
  • Je hebt interesse in productie en metaalbewerking
  • Je voelt je thuis in een industriële, maar propere en overzichtelijke werkomgevin
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail
  • Je kan correct tellen, sorteren en werken volgens werkinstructies
  • Fysiek werk schrikt jou niet af en je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en feeling met machines
  • Je kan meten en omgaan met meetgereedschap
  • Ervaring met een laser-snijmachine en/of CNC-plooibank is een plus, maar zeker geen must
  • Je bent bereid om bij te leren en door te groeien binnen het productieproces
  • Je werkt in dagdienst (8u00 – 16u30)
  • Af en toe ben je bereid om in de middagpost te werken (14u00 – 22u00)
  • Op vrijdag stop je altijd vroeger, zodat je weekend sneller kan beginnen
