Onze klant is een Belgisch familiebedrijf uit Genk dat gespecialiseerd is in het ontwerpen, produceren en plaatsen van hoogwaardige aluminium hobbyserres, tuinkamers en orangerieën voor particuliere klanten. Het bedrijf is actief in heel Europa en staat bekend om zijn lokale productie en maatwerkoplossingen

Als serremaker sta je in voor het produceren / bewerken van aluminium onderdelen voor serres. Je werkt aan de hand van productiefiches en technische tekeningen en bepaalt tijdens het productieproces welke bewerkingen nodig zijn.

Jouw taken:

  • Verzagen en bewerken van aluminium profielen
  • Boren, ponsen en andere bewerkingen uitvoeren
  • Profielen & onderdelen correct samenstellen
  • Productiefiches en technische tekeningen volgen
  • Afmetingen en kwaliteit controleren
  • Problemen of afwijkingen melden
  • Werkplek en machines netjes en ordelijk houden
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht of je volgde' een technische richting op school
  • Je begrijpt technische instructies en kan deze toepassen
  • Je hebt ervaring in een atelier of maatwerk binnen de technische productie
  • Ervaring in aluminium schrijnwerkerij, metaalbewerking of een gelijkaardige productieomgeving is een pluspunt
  • Bij voorkeur heb je al gewerkt met zaagmachines, opmeten en werken met afmetingen
  • Je bent graag praktisch bezig
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en bereid te leren op de werkvloer (bv productiefiches leren interpreteren)
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je denkt zelfstandig na tijdens het uitvoeren van een opdracht
  • Je bent bereid verschillende bewerkingen aan te leren
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken
