Voor een stabiele productieomgeving in de regio Willebroek zijn we op zoek naar een Productie & Operations Engineer die engineering graag combineert met een sterke aanwezigheid op de productievloer. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar je niet alleen technische vraagstukken oplost, maar ook actief meedenkt over productie, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

Deze functie biedt bovendien een duidelijk groeipad: afhankelijk van je ervaring en ambitie kan je op termijn doorgroeien naar een leidinggevende of managementrol binnen de productie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse productie en werkt nauw samen met de productieverantwoordelijken.
  • Je volgt planning, bezetting en productievoortgang mee op.
  • Je werkt technische berekeningen uit en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke uitvoeringstekeningen.
  • Je analyseert productieproblemen en zoekt samen met de werkvloer naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesoptimalisatie, efficiëntie en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de productievloer en vormt de brug tussen engineering en productie.
  • Je neemt initiatief bij technische en operationele uitdagingen.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van productieprocessen.
  • Op termijn neem je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op en kan je doorgroeien naar een leidinggevende of managementfunctie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een opleiding industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische achtergrond.
  • Je hebt interesse in productie en wil niet uitsluitend vanuit een bureau werken.
  • Ervaring met AutoCAD of gelijkaardige tekenprogramma's is een plus.
  • Je bent analytisch, probleemoplossend en praktisch ingesteld.
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je bent ondernemend ingesteld en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen.
  • Zowel een junior profiel met de juiste ingesteldheid als een ervaren technisch profiel komt in aanmerking.
