Dit productiebedrijf in de food-sector produceert snacks en voedingsmiddelen in een moderne productieomgeving. Veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteitsbewaking staan centraal. De organisatie investeert in interne opleidingen om jouw technische vaardigheden te vergroten. Je werkt fulltime in een 3-ploegendienst met geavanceerde productielijnen en samen met een team van operators en technische medewerkers. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4000 per maand, inclusief ploegentoeslag voor medewerkers in ploegendiensten. Er is uitzicht op een vast dienstverband, reiskostenvergoeding en toegang tot interne trainingen voor doorgroeimogelijkheden. Functie-inhoud - Je laat de productielijnen betrouwbaar draaien en levert producten van hoge kwaliteit. - Je bedient en bewaakt de machines en productiesystemen. - Je bouwt machines om en stelt ze in voor verschillende producttypen en formaten. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en borgt productkwaliteit. - Je detecteert en verhelpt eerstelijnsstoringen en voert klein onderhoud uit. - Je registreert productiegegevens en rapporteert afwijkingen en verbetervoorstellen. - Je werkt op meerdere verpakkings- en doseerlijnen die PLC-gestuurd zijn met HMI-bediening en bent verantwoordelijk voor instellen en ombouw van de lijnen. - Je hebt volwaardige lijnverantwoordelijkheid tijdens je dienst en werkt zelfstandig met afstemming binnen het operatorsteam. - Je lost mechanische problemen en vastlopende onderdelen zelf op en schakelt het technische team in bij complexere storingen. Functie-eisen - MBO 1/2 werk- en denkniveau. - Technische werkervaring in een productieomgeving is vereist. - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands. - Beschikking over eigen vervoer om in Lelystad te komen. - Fysiek fit en in staat om veel te staan en te bewegen. - Fulltime beschikbaar voor een 3-ploegendienst (ochtend, middag, nacht). - Ervaring met ombouwwerkzaamheden en registratie van productiegegevens is een pre.
