Je werkt met gestandaardiseerde verpakkingslijnen en geïntegreerde processen om producten veilig en efficiënt naar klanten te brengen. Je werkt samen in productie- en logistieke teams om de kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid te waarborgen en draagt bij aan verbetering van processen en productresultaat. De functie is fulltime in dagdienst met een salaris van €2750 tot €4000 bruto per maand. De organisatie biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden en on-the-job training, inclusief mogelijkheden om vakkennis te vergroten en certificaten te behalen, zoals heftruckcertificering. Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan centraal, en je levert operationeel werk aan verpakkingslijnen, voert controles uit en werkt aan continue procesverbetering. De werkomgeving is praktijkgericht, met aandacht voor duidelijke instructies en een veilige werkplek. Je krijgt begeleiding on-the-job en kunt ervaring opdoen met instellen, bedienen en ondersteunen van productieapparatuur. Functie-inhoud - Je houdt de productielijnen in bewaking. - Je stelt en past productierecepten en parameters aan op de besturingssystemen. - Je voert eerstelijns storingsanalyse uit. - Je stelt en bedient de verpakkingslijn en bewaakt het productieproces. - Je signaleert en verhelpt storingen en schakelt met de technische dienst wanneer nodig. - Je controleert de kwaliteit en veiligheid van producten en voert controles uit volgens procedures. - Je vult materialen aan en ondersteunt bij logistieke werkzaamheden met de heftruck of reachtruck. - Je zorgt voor een schone en veilige werkplek en draagt bij aan continue procesverbetering. Functie-eisen - VMBO of MBO 2 werk- en denkniveau. - Technisch inzicht en bij voorkeur ervaring in een productieomgeving. - Ervaring met het instellen en bedienen van productiesystemen en het signaleren van knelpunten. - Bereidheid om fulltime (40 uur) in dagdienst te werken en verantwoordelij.

- VMBO of MBO 2 werk- en denkniveau. - Technisch inzicht en bij voorkeur ervaring in een productieomgeving. - Ervaring met het instellen en bedienen van productiesystemen en het signaleren van knelpunten. - Bereidheid om fulltime (40 uur) in dagdienst te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. - Basiskennis van Nederlands voor instructies en veiligheidsprocedures. - Nauwkeurigheid, probleemoplossend vermogen.
