Je komt te werken bij een innovatief productiebedrijf in de kunststofverwerking. Als Productie Operator 2-ploegen stel je machines in, bedien je deze en controleer je de productie van kunststofproducten voor internationale klanten. In de modern uitgeruste fabriek staat veiligheid en kwaliteit voorop. Met jouw technische inzicht zorg je ervoor dat de productie soepel verloopt en dat de producten voldoen aan de gestelde eisen. Functie-inhoud - Instellen, bedienen en afstellen van machines voor een efficiënte productie. - Uitvoeren van steekproefsgewijs kwaliteitscontroles en actie ondernemen bij afwijkingen in het productieproces. - Zorgdragen voor een zorgvuldige overdracht van informatie tussen ploegen in de 2-ploegendienst. - Signaleren van storingen, eenvoudige problemen oplossen en bij grotere problemen de technische dienst inschakelen. - Zorgdragen voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving door het volgen van veiligheidsvoorschriften. Functie-eisen - Mbo-diploma in een technische richting, zoals procestechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of mechatronica. - Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie met het bedienen van productiemachines. - Vloeiend Nederlands en woonachtig in de omgeving van Amstelveen. - Goed kunnen omgaan met technische storingen en zelfstandig problemen oplossen. - Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken en ervaring met ploegensystemen. - Nauwkeurig werken en ervaring met kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbewaking in het productieproces. - Flexibel, oplossingsgericht en goed in teamverband kunnen werken. Wij bieden - Bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.600,- en € 3.400,-, afhankelijk van ervaring en technische kennis. - Ploegentoeslag voor het werken in een 2-ploegendienst. - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld. - Reiskostenvergoeding en een goede pensioenregeling. - Ruime mogelijkheden voor verdere ontwikkeling door interne opleidingen en trainingen. - Werken in een moderne productieomgeving met de nieuwste technologieën.
