In De Bilt kom je te werken bij een innovatief productiebedrijf in de kunststofverwerking. Als Productie Operator 2-ploegen bedien je, bewaak je en controleer je machines die kunststofproducten produceren voor internationale klanten. Je werkt in een modern uitgeruste fabriek, waar veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan. Met jouw technische inzicht zorg je ervoor dat de productie soepel verloopt en dat de producten voldoen aan de gestelde eisen. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt geautomatiseerde productielijnen en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om de productienormen te waarborgen. - Je lost storingen op en voert kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit om stilstand van de machines te voorkomen. - Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om de productiedoelen te behalen in een 2-ploegendienst. - Je controleert en past waar nodig de machine-instellingen aan om de juiste productkwaliteit te garanderen. - Je draagt bij aan procesoptimalisaties en denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen de productie. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een technische mbo-opleiding afgerond, bijvoorbeeld in procestechniek of werktuigbouwkunde. - Je hebt ervaring met het werken in een industriële productieomgeving en het bedienen van geautomatiseerde machines. - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en bent woonachtig in omgeving De Bilt. - Je bent flexibel en kunt snel schakelen bij technische storingen of productieveranderingen. - Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken en kunt omgaan met wisselende werktijden. - Je hebt oog voor detail en kunt kwaliteitsafwijkingen tijdig signaleren en oplossen. - Je werkt goed zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook uitstekend in teamverband. Wij bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.750,- en € 3.500,-, afhankelijk van ervaring en prestaties. - Toeslagen voor het werken in een 2-ploegensysteem. - 24 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen voor een goede werk-privébalans. - Opleidingsmogelijkheden en trainingen om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. - Een prettige werkomg.
