Jobomschrijving

  • Het bedienen en opvolgen van de machines binnen jouw machinegroep.
  • Het controleren van afgewerkte stukken volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Het zelfstandig instellen van machines en aanpassen van instellingen bij nieuwe productieseries.
  • Het aanpassen en wisselen van matrijzen en gereedschappen waar nodig.
  • Het opsporen en verhelpen van kleine storingen of defecten.
  • Het bewaken van een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces.

Je hoeft nog niet alles te kennen bij de start. Je krijgt de nodige opleiding om jouw werkpost grondig te leren kennen. Op termijn krijg je de kans om door te groeien tot een volwaardige machine-insteller en je kennis uit te breiden naar andere werkposten.

We zoeken vooral iemand met een sterke technische interesse die graag praktisch aan de slag gaat.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en bent gemotiveerd om nieuwe machines te leren bedienen.
  • Je werkt graag met je handen en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent leergierig en wilt jezelf technisch verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je hebt interesse in het instellen van machines en het oplossen van kleine technische problemen.
  • je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.
