In Etten-Leur kom je te werken bij een modern productiebedrijf in de farmaceutische industrie, waar kwaliteit en veiligheid voorop staan. Als Productie Operator 2 Ploegen bedien je de machines, voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en houd je je aan strikte hygiënevoorschriften. Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem in een schone productieomgeving, waar je samen met je team bijdraagt aan de productie van hoogwaardige farmaceutische producten. Functie-inhoud - Instellen, bedienen en afstellen van machines voor een efficiënte productie. - Steekproefsgewijs kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en actie ondernemen bij afwijkingen in het productieproces. - Werken in een 2-ploegendienst en zorgdragen voor een zorgvuldige overdracht van informatie tussen ploegen. - Storingen signaleren, eenvoudige problemen oplossen en bij grotere problemen de technische dienst inschakelen. - Zorgdragen voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving door het volgen van veiligheidsvoorschriften. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde technische mbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in procestechniek of werktuigbouwkunde. - Ervaring met werken in een industriële productieomgeving en het bedienen van geautomatiseerde machines. - Vloeiend Nederlands en woonachtig in de omgeving van Etten-Leur. - Flexibel en snel schakelen bij technische storingen of productieveranderingen. - Bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken en omgaan met wisselende werktijden. - Oog voor detail en kwaliteitsafwijkingen tijdig signaleren en oplossen. - Goed zelfstandig werken, maar ook uitstekend functioneren in teamverband. Wij bieden - Bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.700,- en € 3.600,- afhankelijk van ervaring en technische vaardigheden. - Ploegentoeslag voor het werken in een 2-ploegendienst. - 26 vakantiedagen en een aantrekkelijke pensioenregeling. - Veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf. - Werken in een innova.
