Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerking vanzelfsprekend is. Op de werkvloer bedien en volg je productiemachines op die interieuronderdelen voor de automobielsector maken. Je controleert de kwaliteit, stuurt bij waar nodig en denkt mee over hoe processen slimmer en vlotter kunnen. Kleine storingen los je zelf op, grotere signaliseer je tijdig. Omdat het bedrijf groeit, werk je niet alleen op bestaande lijnen, maar help je in de toekomst ook mee aan de opstart van nieuwe productielijnen. Dat maakt je job afwisselend en toekomstgericht.
