In Tilburg kom je te werken bij een bedrijf dat zich richt op de Papierindustrie. Als Productie Operator in de 2-ploegendienst bedien je machines die papier en karton produceren voor verschillende toepassingen. Jij bewaakt de kwaliteit van het proces en voert regelmatig controles uit om ervoor te zorgen dat de producten aan de hoge standaarden voldoen. In de moderne fabriek werk je in een team waar innovatie en precisie centraal staan. Functie-inhoud - Instellen en bedienen van verschillende machines binnen een geautomatiseerd productieproces - Uitvoeren van visuele en steekproefsgewijze kwaliteitscontroles om te zorgen dat de producten voldoen aan de gestelde normen - Kleine storingen oplossen en indien nodig de technische dienst inschakelen bij complexe problemen - Werken in een 2-ploegensysteem en zorgen voor goede communicatie tussen de ploegen - Zorgdragen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving volgens de vastgestelde veiligheidsvoorschriften. Functie-eisen - Minimaal een mbo-diploma in een technische richting, zoals procestechniek of werktuigbouwkunde - Ervaring met het instellen en bedienen van machines in een productieomgeving - Vloeiend Nederlands en woonachtig in de omgeving van Den Bosch - Kleine storingen kunnen analyseren en snel oplossen - Flexibel en bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegendienst - Oog voor detail en kwaliteitscontroles kunnen uitvoeren volgens de gestelde normen - Teamspeler die graag samenwerkt in een productieomgeving. Wij bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.900,- en € 3.400,- afhankelijk van ervaring en prestaties - Toeslagen voor het werken in een 2-ploegensysteem - 24 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen voor een goede werk-privébalans - Mogelijkheden om door te groeien en interne opleidingen te volgen - Werken in een moderne productieomgeving met ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling - Reiskostenvergoeding en een aantrekkelijke pensioenregeling.
