Jij voert zaag- en freeswerk uit, monteert frames en rubbers en voert eindcontroles uit volgens vaste kwaliteitscontroles. De organisatie biedt duidelijke werkinstructies en opleidingsmogelijkheden zodat jij nieuwe vaardigheden kunt ontwikkelen binnen de productieomgeving. Het salaris bedraagt tussen €2600 en €4000 per maand en er zijn aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals ploegentoeslag, vakantiedagen en reiskostenvergoeding. Werken in deze omgeving vraagt nauwkeurigheid, technisch inzicht en bereidheid tot werken in ploegendiensten zodat de operationele processen efficiënt blijven verlopen. Functie-inhoud - Jij voert productie- en assemblagetaken uit volgens productiestandaarden. - Jij produceert en assembleert kunststof ramen en deuren voor campers, caravans en koelunits. - Jij bedient en stelt machines in en bewaakt de productiekwaliteit. - Jij zaagt, boort, sluit en monteert frames en rubbers. - Jij controleert eindproducten op maatvoering en afwerking en rapporteert afwijkingen. - Jij werkt nauw samen met collega’s op verschillende afdelingen en ondersteunt een efficiënt productieproces. - Jij bedient CNC-gestuurde zaag- en freesmachines en semi-geautomatiseerde assemblagelijnen met PLC/HMI-besturing en voert eenvoudige mechanische storingsoplossingen en afstellingen uit. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Technisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid. - Bereidheid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken (07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00). - Fulltime beschikbaar. - Flexibiliteit voor nachtdiensten en incidenteel weekendwerk. - Communicatief vaardig in Nederlands of Engels. - Ervaring met productie of machinebediening.
