Dit bedrijf is een groeiende organisatie binnen de machinebouw en richt zich op de ontwikkeling en productie van gespecialiseerde instrumenten en onderdelen voor de medische sector. De productie vindt plaats in een moderne productiefaciliteit waar kwaliteit en traceerbaarheid centraal staan. Medewerkers werken in een schone en gestructureerde omgeving en zorgen voor consistente productkwaliteit door te werken volgens procedures. De functie is in 3-ploegendienst en vraagt om praktische inzet van medewerkers die efficiënt en nauwkeurig kunnen werken. Salarisindicatie bedraagt €2600 - €4000 per maand. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient, stelt in en bewaakt assemblage-, verpakkings- en spuitgietmachines. - Je voert operationele controles uit tijdens de productieprocessen. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert loggegevens om traceerbaarheid te waarborgen. - Je voorziet de productielijn van halffabricaten en voert materiaalwissels uit. - Je ondersteunt bij voorraadaanvulling en draagt bij aan verbeteracties. - Je werkt aan zowel halffabricaten als eindproducten en bedient spuitgiet-, assemblage- en verpakkingslijnen. - Je voert eerste lijns onderhoud uit zoals het verhelpen van mechanische blokkades en schakelt de technische dienst in bij complexere storingen. - Kwaliteitscontroles omvatten visuele inspecties, dimensionale metingen en steekproeven met digitale registratie. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het instellen van machines en het converteren van eenvoudige productieruns. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding in een technische richting zoals Werktuigbouwkunde of Procestechniek. - Ervaring als machineoperator of in een vergelijkbare productieomgeving is een pré. - Kennis van kwaliteitssystemen zoals ISO 9001 of ISO 13485 is een pré. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegendienst en flexibel inzetbaar.
