Onze klant is een toonaangevende producent en leverancier van micro-ingrediënten voor de veevoederindustrie.

Deze internationale speler uit Heist-op-den-Berg ontwikkelt en commercialiseert functionele ingrediënten die zowel het voeder als dier beschermen en de nutritionele kwaliteit van veevoeders optimaliseert.

Ter uitbreiding van hun team te Heist-op-den-Berg is onze klant op zoek naar een PRODUCTIE OPERATOR.

Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar je instaat voor het bedienen van verschillende machines en het correct produceren en verpakken van de producten.

Jouw taken

  • Je bedient verschillende half- en volautomatische productiemachines.
  • Je stelt machines correct in op basis van de productieopdracht.
  • Je maakt mengsels volgens de voorgeschreven formulaties.
  • Je verpakt afgewerkte producten in zakken van 25 kg.
  • Je controleert het productieproces en grijpt in bij kleine afwijkingen of storingen.
  • Je voert kleine technische interventies uit wanneer nodig.
  • Je registreert de uitgevoerde productieopdrachten correct.
  • Je zorgt voor het reinigen en onderhouden van de installaties.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids- en productieprocedures.

REF:MEC

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een A2-diploma, of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen (vroeg/laat) te werken.
  • Je bent leergierig en denkt logisch en kritisch na.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en volgt procedures nauwgezet.
  • Je bent fysiek in goede conditie: je werkt regelmatig met zakken van 25 kg.
  • Je kan vlot hoofdrekenen, bijvoorbeeld bij het afwegen en samenvoegen van grondstoffen.
  • Je hebt voldoende ruimtelijk inzicht en kan een machineplan of plattegrond begrijpen.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands.
