Jij werkt in Raamsdonksveer volgens strikte kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen en beheert productieprocessen van aanmaak tot verpakking met aandacht voor efficiency en milieuvriendelijkheid. De productievestiging richt zich op continue verbetering van processen in de maakindustrie en procesindustrie en ondersteunt medewerkers met praktische on-the-job opleiding en gerichte trainingen. Jij voert technische en logistieke taken uit, neemt stalen voor analyse, registreert productiedata en zorgt voor ordelijke en nette werkplekken volgens geldende procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften. De omgeving vraagt betrokkenheid bij kwaliteit, een praktische instelling en bereidheid om in een productieomgeving te werken waar stof en sterke geuren kunnen voorkomen. De functie biedt een fulltime aanstelling in dagdienst en een salaris tussen €2600 tot €4000 per maand met mogelijkheden voor doorgroei binnen de organisatie en uitbreiding van vaardigheden binnen de productieomgeving. Functie-inhoud - Jij bedient en optimaliseert productiemachines en bewaakt de output als Productie Operator. - Jij bewaakt productieparameters, stelt instellingen bij en stuurt bij om kwaliteit en capaciteit te waarborgen. - Jij signaleert storingen, voert eerste lijns onderhoud uit en schakelt technische ondersteuning in. - Jij voert aanmaak-, bereiding-, inpak- en afvulprocessen uit en registreert alle productiegegevens. - Jij zorgt voor orde en netheid op de werkplek en volgt veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures. - Jij stelt recepten en procesparameters in op het PLC-gestuurde besturingssysteem en maakt gebruik van SCADA voor procesmonitoring. - Jij bedient menginstallaties, transportbanden, pompen en verpakkingsmachines en neemt regelmatig monsters voor kwaliteitscontrole. - Jij voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit zoals smeren, reinigen en afstellen en lost eenvoudige sto.

- MBO werk- of denkniveau. - Ervaring als operator is een pré maar geen harde eis. - Jij spreekt en begrijpt vloeiend Nederlands (verplicht omwille van veiligheid). - Technisch inzicht en vermogen om snel te anticiperen bij storingen. - Nauwkeurigheid bij het registreren van productiegegevens en het volgen van procedures. - Jij kunt zelfstandig nauwkeurig werken. - Flexibele werkhouding en leergierigheid.
