- Productie operator Productie 32 - 40 VMBO/MBO Leeuwarden €2600 - €3200 per maand Delen Werk jij graag met je handen en zorg je dat elke bestelling netjes de deur uitgaat? In deze rol sta je aan de machine en zorg je dat cadeaukaarten aan de verpakking worden gelijmd en per tien stuks worden ingepakt. Je stapt binnen in een informeel team waar iedereen klaarstaat om elkaar te helpen. Omdat ieder bedrijf eigen wensen heeft en je met veel verschillende kaarten werkt, ziet je werkdag er steeds weer anders uit. Wat bieden wij? - Een fulltime baan van 40 uur per week in dagdienst van maandag tot en met vrijdag. - 25 vakantiedagen en een goede pensioenregeling. - Ruimte voor ontwikkeling: volop aandacht voor jouw groei, eigen inbreng en de kans om je heftruck-, reachtruckcertificaat of BHV-diploma te halen. Wat ga je doen? De teamleider start de dag samen met jullie op en daarna ga je met het hele team aan de slag. - Machinaal cadeaukaarten aan de verpakking lijmen en per stuks inpakken, klaar voor het magazijn. - Zelfstandig de productiesystemen en printers draaiend houden en kleine storingen direct oplossen. - Bestellingen vooraf controleren op haalbaarheid en de productiegegevens zorgvuldig vastleggen in het systeem. - Je eigen werkplek netjes en opgeruimd houden en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers bij technische vragen. Wie zoeken wij? - Je hebt technisch inzicht (ervaring in een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen). - Je werkt netjes, spot kleine foutjes snel en houd je altijd aan de regels voor veiligheid en privacy. - Als het op piekmomenten druk is, bewaar jij de rust en het overzicht; verandert de planning of is overwerk soms nodig, dan schakel je soepel mee. - Je hebt al een heftruck-, reachtruckcertificaat of BHV-diploma, of je bent bereid deze via het bedrijf te halen.
