In Oss werk je samen met een hecht team aan hoogwaardige producten en draag je bij aan een veilig en soepel productieproces. Je krijgt volop ruimte voor verantwoordelijkheid, ontwikkeling en groei. Dit internationale bedrijf produceert grondstoffen voor onder andere lijm, verf en medische toepassingen. Duurzaamheid, kwaliteit en veiligheid staan centraal. Je werkt in een moderne omgeving met goede installaties en krijgt volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien. Functieomschrijving Als productie operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepel en veilig productieproces. Je bedient machines, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt samen met je team voor een goed eindresultaat. - Producten maken volgens vaste recepten; - Mengmachines bedienen via de computerof handmatig; - Het productieproces bewaken en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren; - Grondstoffen en eindproducten met de heftruck verplaatsen; - Vaten afvullen en klaarmaken voor transport; - Productiegegevens verwerken in het systeem; - Zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkplek en bijdragen als BHV'er. Functievereisten Motivatie en werkhouding vinden we belangrijk. Ben jij technisch ingesteld, nauwkeurig en gericht op kwaliteit en veiligheid? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Dit breng jij mee: - Een mbo 3 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met ervaring binnen een productieomgeving; - Ervaring als operator of affiniteit met technische productieprocessen; - Een geldig heftruckcertificaat of de bereidheid om dit via de organisatie te behalen; - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Een nauwkeurige en verantwoordelijke werkhouding; - Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en het volgen van procedures; - Een proactieve instelling en de motivatie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
