Dit bedrijf werkt binnen de maakindustrie en levert componenten en producten aan uiteenlopende industriële afnemers. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een gestandaardiseerde productieomgeving waar efficiëntie en kwaliteitscontrole centraal staan. Jij voert nauwkeurige assemblage- en productieprocessen uit en werkt met zowel geautomatiseerde als handmatige machines. De productieomgeving vraagt om praktisch technisch inzicht, het kunnen volgen van instructies en het signaleren van verbeterpunten om processen te optimaliseren. De organisatie heeft aandacht voor veiligheid en een gestructureerde benadering van werkzaamheden. Er is ruimte voor vakgerichte ontwikkeling en interne scholing, zodat jij jouw vaardigheden kunt vergroten en doorgroeien binnen de productielijnen. Het salaris ligt tussen €2750 en €4500 per maand en de voorwaarden worden vastgesteld op basis van ervaring en inzet binnen de functie. Functie-inhoud - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig uitvoeren van productietaken op de riemenafdeling en het waarborgen van productkwaliteit. - Jij assembleert en bereidt onderdelen en riemen volgens opdrachtbon en technische tekeningen. - Jij bedient en ondersteunt geautomatiseerde en handmatige productiemachines en stelt materialen en machines juist in. - Jij voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en rapporteert afwijkingen zodat producten voldoen aan de gestelde specificaties. - Jij bewaakt procesparameters, stelt machines en recepten bij en voert eerste lijn storingsanalyse en basisonderhoud uit. - Jij onderhoudt de werkplek, meldt verbeterpunten en werkt actief mee aan efficiënte productieprocessen. - Jij monitort geautomatiseerde lijnen (PLC/HMI), neemt steekproeven voor kwaliteitscontroles en levert verbeterideeën die bijdragen aan minder uitval en energieverbruik.
