Bij dit internationale bedrijf, gespecialiseerd in de Chemische Industrie, werk je als Productie Operator aan de productie van chemische grondstoffen voor diverse markten. Je bedient geautomatiseerde machines en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om ervoor te zorgen dat de producten voldoen aan de gestelde eisen. In deze technische werkomgeving staan veiligheid en efficiëntie centraal, waarbij je samenwerkt met collega's om de productiedoelen te bereiken. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen van meerdere productielijnen en de voortgang van het productieproces bewaken - Regelmatig steekproeven en visuele kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren om te zorgen dat de producten aan de specificaties voldoen - Storingen aan de machines signaleren en verhelpen, en samenwerken met de technische dienst bij complexere problemen - Voor een efficiënte voortgang van het productieproces zorgen en kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de apparatuur uitvoeren - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van de productie. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een technische richting, zoals procestechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of mechatronica - Ervaring in een productieomgeving en bekend met geautomatiseerde processen - Vloeiend Nederlands en woonachtig in de omgeving Driebergen-Rijsenburg - In staat om zelfstandig kleine storingen te analyseren en op te lossen, en te weten wanneer de technische dienst ingeschakeld moet worden - Flexibele instelling en snel kunnen schakelen in een dynamische werkomgeving - Kwaliteitsgericht en nauwkeurig in het uitvoeren van controles - Bereid om te werken in ploegendiensten, afhankelijk van de productieverwachtingen. Wij bieden - Bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.750,- en € 3.350,- afhankelijk van ervaring en prestaties - Toeslagen voor het werken in ploegendiensten - 24 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen voor een goede werk-privébalans - Opleidingsmogelijkheden o.
