Wat ga je precies doen Ben jij op zoek naar een technische functie waarin je lekker actief bezig bent? Wil je werken met moderne machines, jezelf ontwikkelen én bijdragen aan een mooi eindproduct? Dan is deze functie als Productie Operator in Aalten misschien precies wat je zoekt! In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces soepel blijft verlopen. Je stelt machines in, houdt de kwaliteit nauwlettend in de gaten en grijpt in wanneer er een storing ontstaat. Ondertussen leer je steeds meer over de verschillende productielijnen en krijg je de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de techniek. Wat je gaat doen: - Machines instellen: zorgen dat de productielijn correct is ingesteld en soepel draait; - Materialen bewaken: controleren of er voldoende grondstoffen aanwezig zijn voor een ononderbroken productie; - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren: visuele en technische controles uitvoeren om de kwaliteit van de producten te waarborgen; - Storingen oplossen: snel en effectief reageren op technische problemen om stilstand te minimaliseren; - Ombouwen en optimaliseren: productielijnen aanpassen voor nieuwe producten en verbeteringen doorvoeren.
