Functie-inhoud - Je beheert de volledige productielijn en behaalt productiedoelstellingen. - Je bedient en stelt de productiemachines in en past instellingen aan als dat vereist is. - Je bewaakt de materiaalstromen en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit. - Je lost kleine storingen op of schakelt door naar technische collega’s en draagt bij aan structurele verbeteringen. - Je ondersteunt en instrueert nieuwe en tijdelijke collega’s op de lijn. - Je werkt aan de productie van metalen componenten en samengestelde eindproducten, met ongeveer 70% eindproducten en 30% halffabricaten. - Je bedient geautomatiseerde lijnen met PLC-besturing, conveyors en werkt met persen, CNC-machines en verpakkingsinstallaties. - Je draagt technische verantwoordelijkheid voor een complete lijn met first-line onderhoud zoals smeren en afstellen en voert eerste storingsanalyse uit, met escalatie naar technische dienst of ploegleider wanneer nodig. Functie-eisen - MBO Niveau 3 diploma of vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Aantal.
