- Maatwerk - Wat is maatwerk Hattemerbroek | 32 - 40 uur per week Jouw baan als Productie Operator Als Productie Operator ben jij, samen met een collega-operator, verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van onze Hundegger (houtbewerkingsmachine). Deze machine vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van ons productieproces. - hier worden namelijk al onze buitenverblijven op geproduceerd. Jullie zorgen er samen voor dat de machine optimaal draait en dat onze orders volgens planning worden geproduceerd. Dit ga jij doen: - Bedienen, instellen en controleren van de Hundegger; - Het signaleren en verhelpen van (kleine) en dagdagelijkse storingen; - Ondersteunen bij grote storingen en technisch onderhoud in samenwerking met onze machineleverancier; - Controleren of alles wat de machine af komt, ook de kwaliteit is die Trendhout levert; - Nauw samenwerken met collega's in de productie om de planning te realiseren; - Het laden en lossen van materialen en het aanvullen van werkplekken en stellingen. Wat wij jou bieden: - Een goed salaris dat past bij jouw ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar (op basis van fulltime); - De keuze voor nóg meer verlofdagen (22 dagen op jaarbasis bij fulltime) of 9,57% extra salaris elke maand; - Maak je overuren? Dan kun je die uitbetalen (125%) of opsparen als tijd-voor-tijd; - Een goede pensioenregeling bij Oak Pensioenfonds; - De mogelijkheid om je (technische) vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Zo investeren wij bijvoorbeeld in opfriscursussen vanuit onze machineleverancier. De sfeer bij Trendhout? We zijn nuchter, houden van aanpakken en zetten graag samen de schouders eronder.
