Voor onze productiesite in Deinze zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een

Productie Operator

Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten, opvolgen en draaiende houden van het volledige productieproces (hittebehandeling en mengerij).

Dit doe je via PC gestuurde deelprocessen of door waar nodig handmatige machinebedieningen uit te voeren.

Wat ga je doen?

Je stuurt de productieprocessen aan via PC-gestuurde systemen en voert fysieke interventies aan de installaties uit.

Je voert op regelmatige tijdstippen staalnames, testen en analyses uit. Je verwerkt de resultaten nauwkeurig in de labo-administratie.

Daarnaast:

  • Weeg je de additieven af, stuur je de afzaklijnen en de palletisatie-robot aan en voer je grondstoffen aan met een heftruck.
  • Voer je periodieke schoonmaakprogramma’s uit op de installaties en bewaak je de strikte HACCP-richtlijnen van de voedingssector.
  • Los je kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op en assisteer je bij de (de)montage van machines tijdens productwissels of reinigingsintervallen.
  • Neem je actief deel aan de daily stand-ups en denk je proactief mee over procesverbeteringen. Signaleer je knelpunten en doe je voorstellen met als doel onze efficiëntie en veiligheid te verhogen.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager van onze site Flinn.

Opleiding Je beschikt over en technisch A2-diploma (bij voorkeur in elektromechanica of elektronica ) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Flexibiliteit Je werkt voornamelijk in de nachtploeg. (Ma-don: 22u-6u, Vrij 20u-3u). Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om, wanneer nodig, af en toe in de voormiddag- of namiddagploeg te werken.

Vaardigheden Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht, werkt vlot met een PC ( ervaring met SAP is een troef) en bent in het bezit van een heftruckattest (bij ervaring kunnen wij ook zorgen voor het attest)

Attitude Je hebt een allround-mentaliteit en een kritische, proactieve werkhouding. Je vindt het een uitdaging om in een klein team mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van onze site.

Je bent fysiek in staat om actieve arbeid te verrichten in een productieomgeving.
