Bij Adfil produceren we micro- en macro synthetische vezels die wereldwijd gebruikt worden in betonnen vloeren en constructies, magazijnen, datacenters, tunnels en publieke gebouwen.

Onze productie is sterk geautomatiseerd, maar het werk blijft technisch en afwisselend. Als operator volg je het proces op via schermen, stel je parameters bij, controleer je kwaliteit en grijp je in wanneer nodig.

We zoeken collega’s die willen begrijpen wat ze doen, met technisch inzicht, met oog voor detail en met verantwoordelijkheidszin.

Als operator werk je, in de productie te Zele, nauw samen met je meestergast en je collega-operatoren:

  • je draagt samen met je team zorg voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving
  • je bedient en controleert productie- en verpakkingsmachines
  • je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en bewaakt de naleving van productspecificaties
  • je maakt productielijnen klaar voor de volgende productie
  • je grijpt in bij kleine storingen en zorgt voor een snelle oplossing
