Voor onze opdrachtgever in Werkendam zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator. Je komt te werken in een gezellig en betrokken team en krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid binnen jouw productielijn. Bij goed functioneren is er bovendien uitzicht op een vast contract, hoe fijn is dat! Wat ga je doen? Als Operator ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines goed draaien, de kwaliteit op orde blijft en de productie soepel verloopt. Je bent daarnaast het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de productiemedewerkers binnen jouw lijn. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het bedienen van verschillende productiemachines; - Het ombouwen, instellen en afstellen van machines; - Het oplossen van eerstelijns storingen; - Zorgen voor een constante aanvoer van houten balken; - Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen het productieproces; - Het schoonmaken en onderhouden van de machines; - Het verwerken van administratieve werkzaamheden, zoals het afboeken van materialen en printen van labels; - Het signaleren van verbeterpunten en zorgen dat het productieproces zo soepel mogelijk blijft verlopen.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's, maar bent tegelijkertijd zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het eindproduct van jouw productielijn. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week, van maandag tot en met vrijdag. De reguliere werktijden zijn van 07:30 tot 17:00 uur. In drukke periodes kan er wat extra flexibiliteit worden gevraagd.
