The posting

Zin om mee te draaien in een moderne productieomgeving waar techniek, teamwork en trots op het eindproduct samenkomen? Bij Syensqo in Oudenaarde zoeken we nieuwe collega’s voor verschillende productieprofielen.

Of je nu start als verpakkings-/lijnoperator of weger, al ervaring hebt als machine-operator, of klaar bent voor een rol als (assistent) ploegleider/shiftleader: we bekijken samen waar jij het beste past.

Je werkt met geautomatiseerde lijnen (verpakking/palettisatie en compounding) in een omgeving waar veiligheid en kwaliteit altijd op 1 staan — en waar je écht kan groeien.

Wat ga je doen? (afhankelijk van je rol)

Jij houdt de productie draaiende

  • Bedienen en opvolgen van (geautomatiseerde) verpakkings-, palettisatie- en/of compoundinglijnen.
  • Product correct verpakken, stapelen en controleren + tijdig bevoorraden met materialen.
  • Eerste kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren, visuele checks doen en stalen nemen voor het labo (soms ook testen).
  • Kleine storingen? Jij gaat aan de slag met troubleshooting en eerstelijnsoplossingen.
  • Meewerken aan preventief/correctief onderhoud (afhankelijk van je functie).

Jij zorgt dat alles veilig, proper en volgens de regels verloopt

  • Werken volgens strikte veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen (o.a. IATF 16949, ISO 14001/50001/45001, One Planet, Quality Policy SpP Kallo, Life Saving Rules, Tenets of Operation).
  • Orde en netheid volgens 5S (en ATEX waar van toepassing).
  • Grondige reiniging bij productwissels zodat kwaliteit top blijft.

Jij houdt ook logistiek mee in beweging

  • Pallets/containers verplaatsen met de heftruck (waar van toepassing).

Klaar voor meer verantwoordelijkheid?

  • Operatoren en contractors aansturen, coachen en motiveren.
  • Zorgen voor vlotte shift-overdracht en heldere communicatie.
  • Procesparameters optimaliseren om rendement te verhogen en kosten te drukken.
  • Deelnemen aan overleg, verbetermeetings, MOC’s en projecten.
  • Training geven en verbeteringen trekken rond proces, veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken mensen die graag aanpakken, veilig werken en bijleren.

Verder is dit handig (afhankelijk van het profiel) :

  • Technische basis: A2/TSO (mechanica/elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring: productie-ervaring is mooi meegenomen; voor ploegleiding liefst meerdere jaren relevante ervaring.
  • Talen: je spreekt goed Nederlands; Engels is een plus (soms vereist).
  • Basis IT: eenvoudige taken in Google Workspace en/of MS Office.
  • Heftruck: attest/ervaring is een plus.
  • Mindset: veiligheidsbewust (“zero tolerance”), probleemoplossend, teamspeler, gemotiveerd.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Contracten van bepaalde of onbepaalde duur
  • Een duidelijk opleidingstraject met evaluaties na 1, 3 en 5 maanden: je weet altijd waar je staat en hoe je kan groeien.
  • Doorgroeipad met vaste “evolutie-ladder”
  • Het verwachte uurloon in België voor deze nieuwe medewerker bedraagt tussen de 19,83€ en 22,41€. Hier komt de ploegpremie bovenop (gemiddeld 2,46€, dit kan hoger of lager uitvallen afhankelijk van de ploeg die je draait).

Praktisch

  • Locatie: Industriepark De Bruwaan 43, 9700 Oudenaarde
  • Werktijden : 12-uurs shiften op zaterdag en zondag : 6u - 18u of 18u - 6u Feestdagen en brug-dagen : tussen 8u - 12u afhankelijk van de stoptijd, coverage loopt voor 24u tijdens deze overbrugging
