Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je geeft in dagdienst leiding aan de teamleiders en operatoren die in een ploegenstelsel werken en voert individuele voortgangs- en ontwikkelgesprekken.
  • Je ziet er op de werkvloer actief op toe dat de werkinstructies, de veiligheidsnormen, de kwaliteitsstandaarden en de 5S-principes binnen de shifts strikt worden nageleefd.
  • Je beheert de kwalificatiematrix, brengt de opleidingsbehoeften in kaart en zorgt voor een gestructureerde onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Je verzorgt de tijdsregistratie en de verlofplanning en zorgt voor een correcte documentatie van incidenten en evaluaties om de continuïteit in de ploegen te borgen.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met de productieplanner en drijft gerichte verbeteracties aan op het gebied van efficiëntie, veiligheid en teamperformance.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol als Productie Supervisor of soortgelijk binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van teams in een shift- of volcontinustelsel is een sterke troef voor deze dagfunctie.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht in industriële processen (metaal- of recyclagesector is een plus) en hebt ervaring met 5S-methodieken.
  • Je bent een coachinggerichte people manager met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden die duidelijke grenzen kan stellen en conflicten kan hanteren.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels en hanteert een actieve hands-on mentaliteit.
