Voor een gerenommeerde onderneming binnen de maakindustrie zoeken we een productieverantwoordelijke die structuur, efficiëntie en samenwerking weet te combineren. Deze organisatie bouwde de voorbije decennia een sterke reputatie op in haar nichemarkt en blijft vandaag volop investeren in technologie, procesoptimalisatie en zijn medewerkers.

Als productieverantwoordelijke krijg je een sleutelrol in het aansturen van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten. Je coördineert de planning, stuurt medewerkers aan en bent de verbindingsfiguur tussen productie, logistiek en kwaliteitsdienst. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en organisatievermogen verloopt elke productiestap volgens de hoogste normen. Je komt terecht in een professionele, toekomstgerichte werkomgeving met aandacht voor doorgroei en betrokkenheid. Hier werk je niet alleen aan een efficiënt productieproces, maar draag je ook bij aan duurzame en hoogwaardige eindproducten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Aansturen en motiveren van een productieploeg van ongeveer 30 medewerkers, verdeeld over drie ploegen
  • Waken over een vlotte personeelsplanning en overzicht behouden over de verschillende afdelingen zoals laserwerk, plooibank en handwerk, steeds in afstemming met de centrale planning
  • Zelf inspringen bij operationele noden en actief zoeken naar oplossingen bij onverwachte problemen
  • Leiden van operationele processen met een analytische blik op optimalisatie en efficiëntieverbetering
  • Oog hebben voor de staat van het machinepark en toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften binnen de werkzones
  • Samenwerken met de Quality Manager rond kwaliteitsborging inclusief het analyseren van oorzaken van kwaliteitsproblemen en uitvoeren van eindcontroles waar nodig
  • Onderhouden van een constructieve band met het team en HR betrekken bij personeelskwesties zoals evaluaties of welzijnsbeleid
  • Een technische achtergrond en ervaring in de metaalsector vormen een stevige basis, net als vlot planlezen en werken met meetinstrumenten zoals schuifmaten en hoekmeters
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen, MS Office en ervaring met procesoptimalisatie zijn sterke pluspunten
  • Coachende ingesteldheid met aandacht voor orde, netheid en structuur, en zin om een team mensgericht aan te sturen
  • Bereidheid tot flexibiliteit, communicatief vaardig in Nederlands, met een goede spreekvaardigheid in Frans en Engels, en de ambitie om op lange termijn mee te groeien binnen het bedrijf
