Als Supply Chain Planner sta jij aan het roer van een gestroomlijnde goederenstroom, waarbij je de schakel vormt tussen de werkelijke klantvraag, de productie-eenheden en de externe opslag. Je combineert logistieke puzzelkracht met nauwkeurige dataverwerking en bouwt aan een efficiënte, klantgestuurde planning.

  • Je maakt de dagelijkse productieplanning op voor de hoofd- en bijproducten en stemt af op de werkelijke klantvraag en voorraadniveaus in de externe magazijnen.
  • Je volgt het tijdig binnenkomen van grondstoffen, PBM's en verpakkingsmaterialen op en voert bestellingen nauwkeurig in via SAP.
  • Je stroomlijnt de transportplanning, voert voorraadcontroles uit voor de externe sites en schakelt proactief bij eventuele vertragingen of logistieke problemen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de factuurcontrole van bestellingen en externe magazijnen en genereert heldere rapportages.
  • Je denkt mee over actieplannen bij leveranciersproblemen en ondersteunt de transitie naar een klantgestuurde planningsomgeving (en de toekomstige migratie naar SAP S/4HANA).

Profiel

  • Je beschikt idealiter over een bachelordiploma (bij voorkeur Logistiek/Supply Chain) en hebt minstens 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een productie-omgeving binnen de chemie-, proces- of voedingsindustrie.
  • Je bent vlot met Excel (formules, draaitabellen); ervaring met SAP is een grote troef.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, assertief en nauwkeurig, en haalt voldoening uit zowel de puzzel van de planning als de administratieve opvolging.
  • Vlotte professionele communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
