Heb jij de operationele visie en de drive om een hoogwaardig productieproces van A tot Z vlekkeloos te laten verlopen? Wil jij als spilfiguur meebouwen aan de toekomst van een succesvol, warm familiebedrijf waar vakmanschap en uniek maatwerk centraal staan?

Voor dit gestaag maar solide groeiende familiebedrijf, intussen meer dan 40 jaar in de markt en met inmiddels de 2e generatie aan het roer, zoeken we een Operationeel Verantwoordelijke Interieur Maatwerk.

Wat ruim 40 jaar geleden startte als eerder een niche in in bouw en interieur, kijkt iedereen nu veel meer naar maatwerk. Waarom zou je je immers schikken met 13 in een dozijn. Over smaak en kleur valt niet te twisten! Zo kom je meteen bij deze betrouwbare partner terecht!

Wij zoeken een productieverantwoordelijke om hun team verder uit te breiden.

Wat verwachten we van een productieverantwoordelijke?

  • je stuurt het proces van productie tot plaatsing aan samen met je collega's van de projectleiding
  • je plant, coördineert en optimaliseert de dagelijkse activiteiten door:het oplossen van AD-HOC vragen uit de productie, de planningsteams of projectleiders Je volgt de volledige flow tussen leveranciers, productie en plaatsing en coördineert om tijdige leveringen en plaatsingsafspraken op elkaar af te stemmen Je neemt initiatief om continu verbeteringen door te voeren in processen, productiviteit en kwaliteit Je ziet toe op naleving van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen en zorgt voor een efficiënt voorraadbeheer Je stelt planningen op in functie van prioriteiten in productie en plaatsing Je organiseert wekelijkse overlegmomenten met de verschillende afdelingen
  • Je hebt minimum een bachelor in houtbewerking, interieurinrichting of houttechnologie en je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende operationele functie, bij voorkeur in maatwerkmeubilair
  • Je bent zeer planmatig, beschikt sterke organisatorische en probleemoplossende capaciteiten
  • je bent een vlot communicator
