Als enthousiaste verantwoordelijke inpak stuur je een dynamisch team aan en zorg je voor een vlot draaiende inpakafdeling.

Jij maakt elke dag het verschil in een moderne productieomgeving waar mens, kwaliteit en een positieve sfeer centraal staan.

Om succesvol te zijn als verantwoordelijke inpak in onze flexibele organisatie, herken je jezelf in dit profiel:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden met het talent om vooruit te denken en prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Technisch inzicht om inpakmachines correct te configureren en eerstelijnstoringen te verhelpen.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen of coachen van een team is een waardevolle troef.
  • Een goede kennis Nederlands.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een vast en gestructureerd stelsel van 2 ploegen van 6u-14u en 14u-22u.

Als verantwoordelijke inpak draag je de zorg voor een feilloos verpakkingsproces en de groei van je team:

  • Organiseren van de inpakafdeling en coordineren van een efficiënte werkverdeling.
  • Coachen, motiveren en proactief aansturen van het inpakteam.
  • Instellen van verpakkingsmachines, transportbanden en printers voor een optimale start en ombouw.
  • Zelfstandig oplossen van kleine technische storingen om de continuïteit te garanderen.
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van de productieplanning en de strikte hygiëne- en kwaliteitsregels.
  • Actief bijspringen bij het inpakken van onze marshmallows en waken over een propere werkomgeving.
