Productiearbeider / Compounder Cosmetics gezocht – Bouw mee aan topcosmetica!

Ben jij technisch vaardig en heb je interesse in productieprocessen? Spreekt de wereld van cosmetica je aan? Via Forum Jobs Geel krijg je de mogelijkheid om als Productiearbeider / Compounder bij te dragen aan kwalitatieve cosmeticaproducten en mengprocessen.

Wat ga je doen?

• Bereiden (compounderen) van cosmetische batches volgens vastgelegde recepturen • Bedienen en opvolgen van meng- en doseerinstallaties • Grondstoffen en additieven nauwkeurig afwegen • Tussen- en eindproducten controleren op kwaliteit en uitzicht • Machines reinigen en onderhouden volgens GMP- en veiligheidsvoorschriften • Batchgegevens, afwijkingen en productieparameters rapporteren • Samenwerken met kwaliteits- en R&D-afdelingen om processen te verbeteren

PROFIEL

Je brengt de juiste basis mee om deze rol succesvol uit te voeren:

  • Diploma secundair technisch (bijv. chemie, procestechniek, laboratoriale technieken) of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Interesse en affiniteit met chemische processen en cosmetica-mengsels
  • Ervaring in productie of met menginstallaties is een sterke plus (maar geen must)
  • Nauwkeurig, ordelijk en kwaliteitsgericht werken
  • Fysiek sterk voldoende om grondstoffen te hanteren en machines te bedienen
  • Flexibiliteit: bereid om in ploegendiensten te werken
  • Basiskennis Engels en Nederlands

Extra troeven die we appreciëren: ervaring met GMP-regels, kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften, vroegere job in cosmetica of laboratoriumervaring.
