Wij zoeken gemotiveerde productiemedewerkers die willen bijdragen aan het maken van hoogwaardige betonproducten. Werk je graag met je handen, heb je technisch inzicht en voel je je thuis in een actieve werkomgeving? Dan hebben wij de perfecte baan voor jou! Als productiemedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in ons productieproces.

Je taken zijn gevarieerd en bestaan onder andere uit:

Het voorbereiden van de productielijn Het schoonmaken van mallen Het aanbrengen van wapening en eventueel isolatie Het storten, uitharken en afwerken van beton Overige werkzaamheden binnen de productie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent gemotiveerd om fysiek werk te verrichten.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en hebt interesse in de bouw- of productiesector.
  • Ervaring met een rolbrug is vereist, terwijl ervaring in de bouwsector een pluspunt is.
  • Het kunnen lezen van plannen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Daarnaast ben je dynamisch en flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je beschikt over goede sociale vaardigheden en bent een echte teamspeler.

Opleiding: Er zijn geen specifieke opleidingsvereisten. Ervaring in de bouwsector is mooi meegenomen.

Vakkennis: Indien je ervaring hebt in de beton- of bouwsector, is dit een pluspunt.

Talenkennis: Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal zeer goed.

Attesten: Geen attesten vereist
