Onze klant is een dynamisch en snelgroeiend verzekeringskantoor dat bekendstaat om zijn klantgerichte aanpak en efficiënte service. Ze bieden een professionele en moderne werkomgeving waar medewerkers de kans krijgen om hun talenten verder te ontwikkelen. Ter versterking van het team zijn ze op zoek naar een enthousiaste Administratief Bediende Verzekeringen om ondersteuning te bieden in de dagelijkse operationele taken en het beheer van polissen en schadedossiers.

Functieomschrijving:

Als Administratief Bediende Verzekeringen speel je een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van de verzekeringsadviseurs en zorg je voor een vlotte afhandeling van administratieve taken. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten, verzekeraars en andere partijen, en bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct beheren van polissen en het opvolgen van dossiers. Je werkt in een team waarin samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan, en je krijgt de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in de verzekeringssector.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheer van verzekeringspolissen: Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, verwerken en beheren van verzekeringspolissen en het opvolgen van wijzigingen of verlengingen.
  • Klantcontact en ondersteuning: Je beantwoordt klantvragen, biedt ondersteuning bij hun verzekeringsdossiers en geeft hen de juiste informatie over hun polissen.
  • Opvolgen van schadedossiers: Ondersteuning bieden bij het beheer en de administratieve afhandeling van schadedossiers, in samenwerking met de schadebeheerder.
  • Verwerking van gegevens: Het nauwkeurig verwerken en bijhouden van klant- en polisgegevens in de systemen, en ervoor zorgen dat alle administratie op orde is.
  • Ondersteuning van het team: Assisteren van de verzekeringsadviseurs met diverse administratieve taken en bijdragen aan de optimale werking van het kantoor.

Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding en ervaring: Je hebt minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een administratieve of financiële richting, en je hebt enige ervaring in een soortgelijke administratieve functie, bij voorkeur binnen de verzekeringssector.
  • Communicatief vaardig: Je bent klantvriendelijk en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Organisatorisch sterk: Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een goed oog voor detail, met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden om verschillende taken efficiënt te beheren.
  • Leergierig: Je bent bereid om je verder te ontwikkelen in de verzekeringssector en staat open voor bijscholing.
  • Teamspeler: Je functioneert goed in een team en draagt bij aan een prettige en collegiale werkomgeving.
