Ben jij iemand die graag overzicht houdt in productie, machines correct klaarzet en ervoor zorgt dat alles vlot blijft draaien?

Werk je graag praktisch mee en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid over een productielijn?

Dan is dit een mooie kans voor iemand die houdt van structuur, tempo, kwaliteit en ambachtelijke voedingsproducten.

Voor een familiale voedingsomgeving zoeken we discreet een productiechef. Je werkt mee in een koude productieomgeving waar ambachtelijke producten worden gemaakt.

Je zorgt voor een vlotte opstart, correcte machine-instelling, efficiënte productwissels en een propere afsluit van de werkdag.

Geen job waarbij je vanop afstand wat staat te wijzen, maar eentje waar je zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Zoals het hoort.

Wat ga je doen?

Als productiechef zorg je ervoor dat de productielijn correct wordt opgesteld, opgevolgd en afgesloten.

Je houdt overzicht over de planning en weet goed welk product als volgende gedraaid wordt, zodat wissels zo vlot mogelijk verlopen.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • je start om 7u met het opstellen van de lijn;
  • je plaatst onderdelen correct in de machines;
  • je zet de machines in de juiste volgorde klaar;
  • je vult machines op met de juiste paneermelen, batters en pâtes;
  • je zorgt dat alles klaarstaat voor de productiestart om 8u;
  • je volgt de productie nauwkeurig op;
  • je voert productwissels uit wanneer nodig;
  • je anticipeert op het volgende product in de planning;
  • je bereidt wissels zo efficiënt mogelijk voor;
  • je zorgt dat machines voldoende opgevuld blijven;
  • je werkt praktisch mee aan de band;
  • je bewaakt tempo, orde, hygiëne en kwaliteit;
  • je helpt na productie mee met het reinigen van machines en atelier;
  • je haalt onderdelen uit de machines en maakt ze proper voor de volgende dag.

De productie loopt meestal tot ongeveer 14u à 15u. Daarna wordt er gekuist tot ongeveer 16u30.

Je werkdag is dus duidelijk opgebouwd: opstarten, produceren, wisselen, opvolgen en netjes afsluiten.

Heerlijk gestructureerd, zolang niemand beslist om last-minute creatief te worden met de planning.

We zoeken iemand die praktisch ingesteld is, overzicht bewaart en verantwoordelijkheid neemt op de productievloer.

Jij herkent jezelf hierin:

  • je hebt ervaring in productie, bij voorkeur in voeding;
  • je hebt technisch of praktisch inzicht;
  • je kan machines correct klaarzetten en opvolgen;
  • je werkt gestructureerd en hygiënisch;
  • je denkt vooruit;
  • je kan productwissels vlot voorbereiden;
  • je houdt overzicht over de planning;
  • je werkt graag praktisch mee;
  • bandwerk schrikt je niet af;
  • werken in een koude omgeving is voor jou haalbaar;
  • je hebt oog voor orde, hygiëne en kwaliteit;
  • je bent betrouwbaar en consequent;
  • je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op;
  • je kan tempo maken zonder slordig te worden.

Kort gezegd: jij bent iemand die productie serieus neemt, vooruitdenkt en begrijpt dat voeding maken draait om kwaliteit, hygiëne en teamwork. En ja, ook om kunnen functioneren in de kou zonder elke vijf minuten dramatisch naar de thermostaat te kijken.
