De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als Productiecoördinator in Kortrijk?

  • Je volgt dagelijks de productieplanning op en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines behaald worden
  • Bij technische problemen ben jij het aanspreekpunt om tot een oplossing te komen
  • Je bent aanwezig in productie en vormt de schakel tussen de productievloer en het management
  • Meewerken aan optimalisatie- en verbeterprojecten rond processen en productie

Onze klant Als productiecoördinator kom je terecht bij een gevestigde productieonderneming uit Kortrijk die technische maatwerkproducten ontwikkelt en produceert. De organisatie combineert een stabiele achtergrond met een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, efficiëntie en continue verbetering belangrijk zijn. Je werkt in een bedrijf met een vlakke structuur en staat zelf heel dicht bij de dagelijkse operationele werking. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer, overlegt met interne diensten en krijgt de ruimte om verbeterpunten te signaleren en aan te pakken. Wie ben jij als Productiecoördinator?

  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma in een technische richting zoals elektromechanica
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een must
  • Naast technisch inzicht beschik je ook over de nodige communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Je werkt sterk oplossingsgericht en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen
