Coördineer de productie en leid een team van 10 medewerkers in een groeiend bedrijf met een breed assortiment aan werkkledij en accessoires.

Als productiecoördinator bij onze klant in regio Heusden-Zolder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van medewerkers en bewaakt de kwaliteit, voortgang en het rendement van het volledige productieproces. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s om processen te optimaliseren en een veilige werkomgeving te garanderen.

- Coördineren en aansturen van de dagelijkse werking van de productieafdeling - Overzien van productiviteit en efficiënt inzetten van medewerkers in een dynamische omgeving - Leiden, motiveren en begeleiden van een team van 10 medewerkers - Bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang en rendement binnen het productieproces - Toezicht houden op machines en installaties, snel schakelen bij technische storingen - Optimaliseren van workflows en processen met een focus op lange termijn verbeteringen - Afstemmen van prioriteiten met collega-productieverantwoordelijken voor een vlotte samenwerking - Creëren van een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte werkomgeving met naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen - Rapporteren van operationele aandachtspunten en bijdragen aan efficiëntieverbeteringen

Ervaring in een magazijnomgeving (WMS) is een sterke troef.

- Attesten: Je hoeft niet in het bezit te zijn van een attest

- Opleidingsvereisten: Je beschikt minstens over een bachelordiploma.

- Vakkennis: Ervaring als teamleader is zeker een pluspunt of een gelijkaardige functie. Ervaring in een magazijnomgeving (WMS) is een sterke troef.

- Talenkennis: Wegens veiligheidsredenen is het belangrijk dat je de Nederlandse taal goed begrijpt, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
