Voor een grote productiekeuken in Heverlee zijn we op zoek naar een nauwkeurige Productiecontroller Maaltijden.

Vanuit deze keuken vertrekken dagelijks warme maaltijden naar verschillende locaties. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles correct en volledig vertrekt.

Jobomschrijving

Je werkt midden in de productiekeuken en voert de laatste controles uit voordat de maaltijden vertrekken.

  • Je controleert de bestellingen en maaltijden aan de hand van de voorziene bonnen.
  • Je kijkt nauwkeurig na of alle maaltijden correct en volledig klaarstaan.
  • Je besteedt extra aandacht aan dieetmaaltijden en specifieke voedingsvereisten.
  • Ontbreekt er iets? Dan communiceer je dit duidelijk met de keuken en zorg je dat het wordt rechtgezet.
  • Je houdt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke productiemomenten.
  • Je neemt enkele kleine administratieve taken voor jouw rekening.
  • Je bent zeer nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en strikt in je controles.
  • Je durft collega's aan te spreken wanneer er iets ontbreekt of niet correct is.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan bestelbonnen vlot lezen en begrijpen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een grootkeuken/productieomgeving.
  • Een diploma als diëtist(e) is een sterke troef. In dat geval kan het takenpakket verder uitgebreid worden.
