  • Je bereidt en weegt ingrediënten af volgens vaste recepten en de productieplanning.
  • Je bedient en volgt de productie-installaties en kookprocessen op.
  • Je voert kwaliteits- en productiecontroles uit.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte overdracht naar de productie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de productie- en kwaliteitsdienst.
  • Je zorgt voor orde, netheid en hygiëne op de werkvloer.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties in het productieproces.

Diploma :

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische of voedingsgerichte opleiding gevolgd.

Gewenste ervaring :

  • Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als operator, mengoperator, procesoperator, menger of in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je hebt geen ervaring in de horeca nodig; enkel horeca-ervaring volstaat niet.
