Voor een koploper in de foodbranche zoeken wij een productieleider die wil meegroeien met een internationaal succesverhaal. Dit is geen standaard productiebaan. Je komt te werken bij een organisatie die de volledige keten beheerst: van de allereerste grondstof tot de levering bij de klant. Omdat ze onderdeel zijn van een krachtige internationale familieholding, combineren ze de korte lijnen en de betrokkenheid van een familiebedrijf met de enorme mogelijkheden van een wereldspeler. Met meer dan duizend collega's bouwen we dagelijks aan verse producten die heel Europa doorgaan. Pak jij de regie over het proces? De functie: Als productieleider bij deze innovatieve food-producent ben jij de motor achter de dagelijkse operatie. Je doet dit niet alleen: samen met twee collega-productieleiders vorm je een hecht team dat de koers bepaalt voor alle productieafdelingen. Jouw focus ligt volledig op het grote geheel: de planning, de voortgang en de veiligheid. Je staat niet zelf aan de lijn, maar je hebt de volledige regie in handen om te zorgen dat de productie loopt zoals het hoort. Je stuurt indirect een team aan van circa 180 vaste medewerkers en dagelijks zo'n 300 uitzendkrachten. Dit doe je via de teamcoördinatoren op de verschillende afdelingen.
