Je komt terecht binnen een internationale organisatie met ruim duizend medewerkers. Op deze locatie worden dagelijks op grote schaal verse voedingsproducten geproduceerd voor klanten in Nederland en Europa. Ook heeft de organisatie de hele keten in eigen beheer. Deze positie is enkel beschikbaar voor fulltime (40 uur). De functie: Als Productieleider ben je samen met drie collega Productieleiders verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse productie. Je stuurt de medewerkers indirect aan via teamcoördinatoren en bewaakt het totaaloverzicht. Binnen de productie werken circa 180 vaste medewerkers en dagelijks ongeveer 300 flexmedewerkers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Aansturen van teamcoördinatoren; - Planning, bezetting en productievoortgang; - Output, kwaliteit en veiligheid; - Oplossen van operationele knelpunten; - Verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen; - Afstemming met planning, logistiek, kwaliteit en technische dienst. Je werkt zelf niet mee aan de lijn. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, maar richt je vooral op aansturing, overzicht en verbetering . Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in vroege en late diensten en vindt incidenteel weekendwerk geen probleem.
