Als Productieleider krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over drie teamleiders en indirect circa 40 operators. Je stuurt op veiligheid, kwaliteit, productiviteit en beschikbaarheid en krijgt tegelijkertijd veel ruimte om processen structureel te verbeteren. Bovendien neem je deel aan het locatie-MT en heb je daarmee directe invloed op de ontwikkeling van de productielocatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse prestaties en verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling. * Je geeft leiding aan drie teamleiders en indirect aan circa 40 operators en coacht hen in hun ontwikkeling en prestaties. * Je stuurt op KPI's rondom veiligheid, kwaliteit, productiviteit, OEE en beschikbaarheid en vertaalt resultaten naar concrete verbeteracties. * Je initieert en begeleidt verbeterprojecten gericht op productieperformance, werkprocessen en installatierendement. * Je zorgt voor een passende personeelsbezetting en bent verantwoordelijk voor onder andere performance management, verzuim en opleidingsplannen. * Je neemt deel aan het locatie-MT, stelt mede jaarplandoelstellingen vast en werkt nauw samen met onder andere Planning, Quality, HRM en andere disciplines.
